Well it depends on the flight you're taking, but i believe in all airlines they provide scheduled movies and they have music stations. But I suggest you bring your own source of entertainment such as: a laptop, psp, ipod, A LOT of magazines (these helped a lot during my flight), or crossword books, etc. because I had a relative who came here from the states too and she told me that something was wrong with the movie screens so they didn't show any movies.

Omigod! That's like 12hours. The flight feels like forever. But the planes should have those monitor thingies where that lets you watch movies and there are some inflight music too.

If you are in the first class cabin you can access any latest entertainment available on board. If you are in economy........whatever they gave!

intertaiment! lol your surely joking, my advise is to stay up really late the night before and take a strong sleeping pill just before the flight .viva the midnight express!

You have movies during the long flights, all of the airlines have movies and short subjects.. If you are in first class or business you have individual movie screens. On old 747's most of the movies are on a big screen in the cheap seats. On newer Airbus airplanes you might even have TV screens on the seat backs over the trays. Sometimes you have live entertainment with babies crying, drunks cursing and noisy talkers. Ear plugs and a blindfold don't take up a lot of room. A blow up neck pillow also won't take up a lot of room. Bring a book to read. Remember to get up often during the flight to stretch a bit and prevent blood clots. I fly a lot and read until I can't hold my eyes open then doze off - repeat as necessary. The more electronic junk you bring with you the more you have to worry about! God luck.

I think in the cheapest you can find is $250.

check out the bombastic deals section of http://www.bombasticlife.com if you don't find a great deal there, click on the kayak ad and search there. it will search over 200 sites and you should be able to find the best deal there.

that depends on when you want to fly, how long you will stay, how far out you book, etcetcetc..... Generally Southwest has a good deal, but the answer to your question is "it depends"

$39 one-way on United (when they're on sale), which means a bit over $100 return when taxes and fees are added.

I don't know, if you go to the american airlines website, you enter in the date you will leave and return and give you the flights and landing times, but I don't know when you're planning on traveling, so I couldn't find any flights O_o

Have fun Lady M. My brother lived in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia and it took him about 20 hours from IAH. From SFO it is probably 15-18 hours. You will probably have to change planes at Narita (Tokyo) or possible Singapore. I hope you travel safe and come back with lots of stories !! On final thing. They punish drug smugglers with the death penalty... almost on a summary execution basis. Be a teetotler.

it depends on the airlines your taking, like alaska airlines takes about 3 hours and 35 minutes, not including layover in seattle...be more specific as to which flight your taking, also, you can read on the plane or sleep.

I just looked at the United Airlines time table and they have 3 direct flights a day. Each flight has a block time of 2hrs46min.
