It is around 11 hours, but is gonna be very difficult and expensive to find a direct flight, May be you'll find more option going to Buenos Aires or Cordoba as scale. I think is gonna be cheaper to flight Miami -BS As and then Bs As Salta. I have been in Salta 2 times and the airport is very litlle, I don't think there are many Int'l Direct flights
